With a long history in sports including Football, LAX, Baseball, Skateboarding and more he has managed to make a career for himself with a tremendous knowledge in Exercise Science with on the field and off the field experience.

Recovering from a knee injury in 2013 he too knows what it takes to recover with excellence. Dedication, good habits, perfect nutrition are among the many character traits needed to take on a FULL Recovery!
